I've a feeling I might be struggling to walk tomorrow, ALL the squats and lunges! I remember not being able to do the 8 reverse lunges in a row for Sexy Back (would do 4 and swap) so it is great to do the OG workouts and see the improvements, and loved Work today too! Felt every second of it!

Aw I feel like I'm missing out on so much not being able to do Lean Legs day because it's honestly one of my favourite workouts of the week!! 😭 Sounds like it was very spicy so hope everyone enjoyed it!! Anyone willing to swap knees with me I'd be totally up for it 🤣🤣🤣

I did the workout this morning and was like when are these lunges and squats gonna end. Never felt the spice in the legs and bum so much during the class. Tomorrow gonna be fun ha!
Just caught up on lean legs workout from yesterday and aw I struggled massively today! Just so unbelievably tired and really struggled to get through the workout! So disappointed in myself 😭 I know we all have bad days and days were our energy is low so going to get back to it tomororw! 🙏❤️ Most importantly I didn't quit 🙏 #queensdontquit
