Just wanted to say how amazing I'm feeling coming into week 4. With all the new classes this week I wanted to try them as well as the classic and managed 6 workouts this week! I would never have been able to do that before and I think with the quick spicy ones I have been able to do that. It is Monday morning in Australia and just completed my first workout of the week catching up on spicy circuits which is fast becoming my fav. Have a great week
Yay! Well done! I've found that having the shorter sessions leaves me with no excuse for being able to fit them in- they're so handy for a quick pick me up too

@rachel hanckel Fantastic Rachel - sounds like you have good routine in place - i love the quick and spicy ones also as i can fit them in and feel great afterwards as i feel i've achieved something every day x
Yes the shorter workouts are great to have. They are managable time wise and motivation/discipline wise if you are lacking in both that day.
