Omg I haven't been doing many workouts in the last 2 weeks because I've been sick. Did the ding ding drills from this week because it's one of my favourites and almost died. I think it's the hardest workout for ding ding drills yet! Pushed myself so much I felt sick and didn't know if I could do the floor drills but got there in the end! Feels so good to be back at it
@rachel hanckel I missed it this week so took it as my rest day! I literally could not get up after a day out on sunday. I find it so sweaty, I do be hanging out the window on the rest time to get some air😆
I haven't done it ages did this week class it was 🔥I was splashing water my face I used love that class I stopped when felt energy levels low kinda being lazy its definitely a burner
I think it's because we arnt having as much rest in the first rounds. I love it and did it again this week and did a lot better so was really happy with that.
