Okay, so from the images I know you can't see a massive change but I feel a thousand times stronger than I did at the beginning of the six weeks. I have muscle and tone in my legs, my trousers all fit better, I can feel muscles in my stomach and in certain lights I'm even starting to see them!
I always struggle with my diet, it's not that I eat badly I just love food, snack mindlessly, comfort eat and generally consume more than I should.
I know it's not the end of the world but I'd really like to have my body look as strong as it now feels so my festive challenge will have a real focus on diet, which is great because traditionally I am heading into a time of year where I go a bit mad on the snacking!!
Anyway, I'm really pleased with my progress. I've gone from 2kg hand weights to 4kg and I've totally shredded my workout mat with burpees and mountain climbers!
Bring on challenge 2, I'm ready for it!!
(after pics on the right)
I definitely see toning and increase muscle definition in the arms! You look great!
Amazing Chole I am actually exactly the same very little changes from the camera but definitley my legs are more toned and I can less hang on my tricep:)
Food is my biggie like you mindless eating not just on treats so I started my fitness pal this week its amazing when you know what you have eaten and you want to snack but you relook and really ask am I hungry and most of the time the anwser is no, its usually boredom by me. When I am hungry I do eat I like my food too much.
Also I have been under the weather with a cold so I did my first workout since last Sunday it was Sarahs Hitt oh boy she makes you sweat.
Next challenge bring it on and keep up the great work:)
