Get ready Queens, for our next Queens Don’t Quit July Challenges. This is our first ever completely on-demand challenge with no live workouts (although available everyday on the app from 6:30am) so you can create your own schedule tailored to your personal needs and schedules.
We have 2 different challenges available this time around. The‘Kick-Start Queen Challenge’ for beginners which is Pre/Post Natal friendly and our‘Queen Supreme Challenge’for our intermediate/ advanced queens.
The challenges will run for 3 weeks with our queen coaches delivering spicy and sweaty workouts for us to enjoy.
All workouts will be 30 mins.
Kick-Start Queens (Beginner & Pre/Post Natal)
For our Kick-Start Queen Challenge, there will be 3 workouts per week with a guided meditation on Saturdays from our Queen Coach Kate.
While these workouts will get you moving and feeling the burn they have been tailor made with modifications to suit all different needs and fitness levels.
The workouts will require light hand weights and a resistance band.
Every workout will be available on the app from 7:30am with a live chat available from 7:30am-8:30am for our early riser Queens.
The workouts, as always will then be saved on the app for you to do at any time you want, just add them to your personal planner!
Queen Supreme Challenge
For our Queen Supreme Challenge, there will be 1 workout everyday and a recovery session on Sunday with Queen Coach Sinead. The other workouts range from HIIT to strength and dance. You will need some weights and a resistance band.
Like with the Kick-Start Queen Challenge, every workout will be available from 6:30am with a live chat from 6:30-7:30 for those queens who like to get it done early. The workouts, as always will then be saved on the app for you to do at any time you want, just add them to your personal planner!
The schedules for each challenge will be going live on Instagram each week with the upcoming classes for the next week.
