Summer is over and it’s time to get back into routine. Whether it’s getting the kids back to school or saying goodbye to the lazy summer evenings, it can be difficult to get back into the swing of things and find that motivation and discipline you seem to have forgotten.

Here are some tips to get back on track...

Queens Don't' Quit turned 3 this month and to celebrate this milestone and all we have achieved during this time, we decided to host a Zoom birthday party for our Queens Don't Quit Members only, lockdown style, paying homage to how we started and how far we’ve come.

Hosted by our Queen Coach Maeve, and joined by so many of our gorgeous queens, there was no shortage of laughs and fun.

We all know that water is crucial for the body and especially during our Queens Don’t Quit workouts and we are sweating. Let’s talk about water and why your hydration station should be one of your top priorities.
Taking ‘progress pics’ has become one of the most popular ways to track your fitness progress. They can be used as a source of motivation, inspiration and proof of your hard work, but can also create negative feelings and self-talk when we don't like what we see. So how else can we measure progress than just a picture?
When we do our favourite QDQ workouts, we know that we are guaranteed a good sweat! Sometimes there’s no better feeling than to be absolutely dripping in sweat after pushing ourselves to our max during a workout. But what effect does this level of sweat have on our skin?

To continue our 3rd birthday celebrations and to say a massive THANK YOU for all the love and support over the past three years, we are giving away the ultimate QUEEN prize!

The competition giveaway consists of prizes to the value of over £1,500. This is for sure, a giveaway fit for a queen!
