It's so important to understand that my program is about building a healthy & sustainable lifestyle. This is not a fad. There are no quick fixes when it comes to health and i am building a programme you will love and want to continue. Of course you will see changes, both physically and mentally, this will happen at different times for every body because every BODY is different. You will be stronger, fitter, more energised and if you combine the exercises with a healthy balanced diet you will see the physical changes.

All queens start from the beginning. You can start my program no matter where you are on your fitness journey because each of my workouts can be adjusted to your fitness level. We don’t put a limit on fitness here at Team Queen, from teenagers, to fitness enthusiasts, mums, grandmas and newbies every thing can be altered to your level.

NO NO, NO EXCUSES HERE, QUEENS DON’T QUIT. You schedule your workouts into your week. This is your time to fit 30-45 mins into your day 4-5 times a week. If you’re an early riser smash it then, maybe after work. 30 mins is roughly 2% of your day.. Let that blow your mind.

Never! You can transform your body and mind at any age. Remember to only do what you can do – if you can’t do an exercise I'll either help you modify it or just march it out until you feel comfortable. If you’re concerned, have a chat with your doctor before committing.

Hydration Station: It is recommended to drink at least 2 litres per day – and even more when you’re training and if the weather is warm. I start the day with a large glass or two of water and ALWAYS carry a full water bottle on me. If you struggle with your water intake, try adding fresh lemon, orange or even cucumber slices to your glass; or make up a big jug and fill it with your favourite fruits.
