Why Barre and What are the Benefits?

Barre – the preferred workout of many a model and actress -  why should you be incorporating this workout into your weekly routine?

Low impact, high energy and with a burn you won’t forget barre will have you finishing your 45 minute class feeling long, strong and full of energy.

What to expect?

For a home Barre workout all you’re going to need is a chair to hold on to, a yoga mat and a little bit of space. In Barre we’ll  focus on isometric contractions, (those small pulsing movments), to create the burn so get ready to grit your teeth and get stuck in. Starting with a warm up and some supported standing exercises it’s then time to get on the mat for more glutes, legs and abs!

Burning up to 300 calories in a 40 minute session, you can expect to see a tighter derriere and toned thighs within a matter of weeks!!

Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before or you’re worried about co-ordination, Barre is for everyone and this low impact class will have a high impact on your mood!
