Classic ON Oats (V, VG)

If you are keen on a little lie in and need a super quick breakfast on the go, then this is for you. 

Using one part oats and one part water, remember it will be runny when you pop it in the fridge but those oats will expand.

 

INGREDIENTS:

30g Oats

1tbsp Flax ( I love some fibre)

½ scoop of protein

1 tbsp nut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract or cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

50g strawberries ( or berry of choice)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine oats, flax, peanut butter, protein, vanilla and salt and stir to combine.
  2. Add in water or half water half milk and stir well.
  3. Cover, or best to be made in a jar, so seal, and keep in the fridge over night
  4. Don’t forget you made it, add chopped berry before serving.
