I've been doing 3 classes a week now for a couple of months & I think it's time I invested in some proper weights rather than grabbing random kitchen items 🙈, can anybody recommend any? Also I find my wrists can hurt when I do certain floor moves, I don't have a mat so am think getting one may help (do the Maeve ones roll up ok for storage?) but is there anything else I can do to support my wrists or will they just strengthen over time? The library is brilliant because I do my workouts when our little girl naps 👍. Thanks Gemma ☺️

@Gemma Bower sorry that wasn't pure nosiness, it cos my suggestions were going to be for Irish based suppliers! Damn I know Maeve had suggested some English based ones, trying to think of it now. Hopefully someone else might be able to chip in and help you out!
@Sharon Scully any suggestions for Irish weights its impossible to find them everywhere out stock i need a 5kg or even 4kg.
