New Accomplishments!!!!

  • Hey Queens!! Hope you're all getting ready for a relaxing and safe holiday!

I wanted to pop on to share that a few weeks ago, for the first time in my entire life...I ran five miles. FIVE MILES! No walking at all. And the best part was I felt like I could have kept going.

This is an example of how joining the QDQ community has changed my life in more ways than just the physical aspect. Since starting Maeve's workouts a year ago, I've lost over 40 pounds and gone down 3 pant sizes. But beyond that I've also ignited a passion for fitness within myself that I never ever thought existed. Two years ago I could barely run a mile (which don't get me wrong, running at all is an accomplishment), but a few weeks ago I found myself not even wanting to stop running.

Sorry for the ramble ladies, it was just an amazing feeling I wanted to share. It makes me emotional thinking how far I've come on this journey and I know so many of you feel the same, or are longing for the same experience. As someone who is naturally very hard on themselves, it feels overwhelmingly good to reflect on how far I've come in the past year and a half, and I know there's so much more to come.  So moral of the story...give yourself that 20 minutes or an hour to yourself everyday to feel proud of YOU. Because it's hard to get up most days and physically move your body in a strenuous way. And making the choice to do so is an amazing accomplishment. So feel proud of yourself! And over time the progress will shine through in more ways than one

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Queens!!!

  • What a great sentiment Hayley!! Love this you've achieved so much and how amazing to see that progress! Reign on queen you're an inspiration!!
