1st one after 2+ months off

  • Hi Queens,
I just did Sarah's strong class after 2+ months of not working out and I felt so weak and absolutely hated that feeling. I know it is natural/normal to feel that way, but it was a big struggle. I am excited about the challenge and getting my strength back. I am putting on my crown, and trying to keep it on.

  • Hi Sarah, just finished that class too and know how you feel. Be proud of yourself you got through it and hopefully still smiling! That feeling is normal and make sure you straighten that crown and you go girl!

  • @Laura Fahey Thanks Laura!! Smiling now, not sure I will be saying the same tomorrow. Will see if I can walk. 👑💖
