My Queens welcome to a brand-new Challenge, I am so excited to be starting this week strong and with so many new classes this is going to be a Hot Spicy Summer.
Firstly, Welcome to all my new Queens, we are thrilled to have you join our incredible community and be sure to say hello and introduce yourself in the forum.
This challenge will begin week commencing 5th July - 2nd August, your goal is your own whatever it may be but the challenge we set you is to complete at least 4 workouts per week and incorporate some of our new nutrition recipes into your daily lifestyle over the course of the challenge.
We know at ‘Queens Don’t Quit’ our goal is to make you feel as fabulous, fit, strong and body confident as you can feel. We want you to be walking into summer with absolute Queen Spirit so whether your goal is physical or mental we are here to support you every step of the way.
The workout schedule will be posted every Sunday as always & no we do not expect you to do every single workout just 4 of your choice, however there should be something for everyone.
Don’t worry if you can’t make a live all workouts are saved to the library.
Each day is a different focus you must complete 4 workouts a week, you choose between:
• 1 TOTAL
• 1 HIIT
• 1 LOWER
• 1 UPPER
The ‘Summer Strong Challenge ‘workouts will be marked with a star each week on your schedule which is released every Sunday.
The challenge is open to members only. If you are not yet subscribed, please click here and chose one of our subscription plans.
At least 4 workouts must be completed per week.

So take a deep breathe, add those workouts to your diary, set yourself a reminder
