As part of Team Queen you will have access to 4+ live workouts a week, from HIIT, Strength, LIIT,
It doesn’t matter where you are in the world you can always train with myself and feel like you are part of the Team Queen Community.
The workouts will constantly be updated, as our focus is to always start our week strong and finish our week stronger. All fitness levels are welcome, don’t worry if you’re a beginner, I will offer a variety of exercise modifications.
A variety of workouts will be uploaded to a library on the website so you can access them at any time, from 20 min HIIT sessions to 10 min stretching or a quick hit of abs, yesterday you said tomorrow so your time is now my queen.
