Embrace Autumn with Queens Don't Quit

It’s official Queens, the weather has turned, the leaves are falling and the kids are back to school. It’s officially autumn and what better way to embrace this change in season than to go into full Autumn mode, Gilmore Girls style!

Here are some of the best ways to embrace autumn and adapt your health and fitness routine to the season;

1. Autumn Recipes

Nothing says autumn like a pumpkin spice latte. And lucky for us, Queen Maeve has just released an amazing recipe on her Instagram for the perfect homemade PSL!

On our QDQ app we also have hundreds of wholesome and cozy recipes for those cold, rainy evenings. We have soup, autumn harvest bowls, pumpkin muffins, and Maeve’s famous oat recipes. These will give you that autumn feeling while still staying on track and warm those cold rainy evenings!

2. Our New 7 Week Challenge

As you all know, we are currently running our biggest ever Queens Don’t Quit challenge on our app. To get you back into routine after the summer, we have challenges to suit all fitness levels and schedules. All of our classes also have fun names like “pumpqueen spice” to get you in that autumn mood!

On top of this, we know that the Irish Autumn isn’t always that of crisp days with leaves falling and strolls through beautiful orange and green parks. The typical Irish Autumn is one of rain and more rain.

Nevertheless, Maeve recently launched a new class for those rainy evenings when it’s just not possible to get your steps in without fear of being swept away by the wind. Our class “5k Step & Slay” is a fun way to get your steps in and get those endorphins going from the comfort and warmth of your living room.

3. Queen Chats

Yet another thing to look forward to this season is curling up with a warm cup of tea and logging on to our Queen Chats with Queen Maeve. These dark evenings will be made that much lighter with Maeve answering your burning questions and having a laugh on zoom with all her queens!

There’s more where this came from with more exciting things coming soon. Stay tuned on our socials to see the other fun surprises we have for the rest of 2023.

So light your cinnamon candles, grab your PSL and “fall” into autumn with Queens Don’t Quit!
