What you’ll need for this ultimate weekend deliciousness:
For the chicken:
3 Chicken Breasts
¼ cup of Frank’s hot sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chilli or cayenne
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
For the chips:
3-4 sliced potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
For the Ranch dressing:
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp light mayo
½ tsp dried or fresh chives
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
How to create Buffalo Chicken Fries:
- You can marinate the chicken for as long as you want, even overnight! It’s best to marinate the chicken first so as to prolong the marinating time while you prepare the rest of the dish. Then air fry for 12-15 mins at 160 degrees
- For the chips, wash well and dry before seasoning. You can power boil them if you’d like or soak them in cold water before adding them to the air fryer for 20-25 mins at 200 degree
- For the dressing, you can simply mix all the ingredients together and pop into the fridge until the rest is ready.
- Serve up and enjoy this perfect fake-away!
