I am very excited about this challenge, 1 because its a new challenge which is always super motivating but 2 because its a countdown to my favourite time of year.  I literally can not wait until Christmas. 
All fitness levels are welcome to the COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE 🎅💪🎄

It is 12 weeks (now 10) until December 18th. Winner announcement will be the 20th. 
Completing 3 workouts a week.
How does it work?
I would love for you to take part in the website workouts,  that way it is much easier to track for me, also you have an option of 5 live or on demand workouts a week, but if you wish to partake in the instagram workouts then do tag yourself and be honest, no naughty list for the queens.   
Our Queen ethos is about feeling, stronger, fitter and more confident in yourself, we want you to feel like the very best version of you. If you would like to take some images - before and after thats great I have shared an example in the Forum.
There is no pressure for you to loose weight, that is NOT the point of the challenge, so I would love for you to set some goals and smash them. For me, my goals are self care, more sleep, better hydration stations, less prosexy, I work from home, so getting outside everyday for fresh air is also on my list. My after picture should definitely look more positive, even if I just add a bit of fake tan woop.

We will also have a number of Runner Up Prizes including

We will also be running small weekly challenges throughout the count down to Christmas, and Queen of the Month 👑 is still going ahead as usual, plus we are also adding random gift giveaways, so keep an eye out on the @queensdontquit instagram page.
