FACT, stress can make it worse, so calm your sweat pants down, they are probably all that fit you right now, and take a deep breath.

You know just how important our hydration station is to me, it may seem like an excuse when each song ends to stop and grab our breath, but it is extremely important.
Exactly how much water you should be drinking is a subject of debate, but our government recommends we get at least 8 glasses per day. I personally drink a lot more because of our Team Queen sweaty workouts, and if the weather is hot.
So drink up!

For months, especially during this pandemic, I struggled with sleep, I would go to bed super tired and then PING my brain is having the craic with all my anxious thoughts.
Figuring out how to fall asleep faster is an elaborate affair. As you toss, turn, fluff pillows, scroll through Instagram, and keep calculating how many hours of sleep you’ll have if you sleep right now, the need to fall asleep faster becomes another stress keeping you awake.
