INGREDIENTS:
70g frozen pineapple (Sainsbury;s do a mango pineapple frozen mix and I use that a lot)
100g protein Kefir Quark or 0% Faje or vegan yogurt alternative
1tsp dessicated coconut
½ tsp Vanilla
1 ice cube
DIRECTIONS:
- First blend the pineapple.
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Blitz until smooth
