Edamame (V, VG)

I always buy a big bag of frozen edamame pods every week.  They are a super quick snack, simple to make, packed with Fibre and protein. 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pop around 100g – 200g of edamame into a bowl and microwave on defrost according to packaging.

Or

2. Place in a pot of boiling water, and boil for 3 minutes. Simmer for a further 3 mins.

3. Once edamame are cooked, sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.

 

NOTES:

Note also goes delicious with Serachi.
