We use frozen fruits to make it thick and edible with a spoon.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Frozen Banana
100g frozen blueberries
50g frozen raspberries or strawberries
1tbsp hemp seeds
1tbsp nut butter
Pinch of cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
300 Ml water
1tbsp goji berries if you have them .. (fancy)
Toppings:
This is up to you, but I like chia seeds because they are packed with fibre, crushed almonds, a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, fresh strawberries, coconut chips.
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine in a blender, I use a nutribullet.
- Puree until completely smooth – the mixture should be thick.
- Add a touch more liquid if necessary, & 1-2 icecubes at the end to make it's super cold and smooth.
