DIRECTIONS:
- Boil two eggs, medium – hard but will depend on your own taste.
- Deshell and pop into a cup.
- Add a ½ tsp of butter
- Pinch of salt
- Mix and mash until all combined.
- Enjoy
Tip: I usually have one whole egg and one egg white.
