INGREDIENTS:
50g frozen blueberries
50g frozen Strawberries
Small handful spinach (optional)
1tsp almond butter
2 ice cubes
½ tsp vanilla (if ya have it)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 ice cubes
Water
I add Vanilla protein ½ scoop (calories depending on brand)
DIRECTIONS:

Pour the water first into the blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Shake and blend.

The amount of water you use will determine how thick your smoothie will be.
