INGREDIENTS:
1 small apple
10g Crunchy Almond butter
Cinnamon (optional)
I say 10g of nut butter because most likely you will have 15g. From when you dip that measuring tsp in and then lick the spoon. Its better to slightly over est the amount.
DIRECTIONS:

I keep my apples in the fridge as they last longer and have extra crunch.

Slice apple into circles

Spread Crunchy nut butter

Sprinkle with a little cinnamon
