INGREDIENTS:
Handful of Spinach
½ Apple
1/4 Cucumber pealed
¼ Courgette
1 stalk Celery
½ Lemon peeled
1tbsp chia seed
1 Thumb of ginger
1tsp Stevia
2 Ice cubes
Optional: add a small 170g tub of keifir protein or Greek yogurt (not included in nutritional value below)
NOTES:
This is a very low calorie smoothie, I would recommend having it along with something else, personally I would have two boiled eggs, or the keifir protein pot.
