Welcome all Queens to our first Challenge, I am super excited for us to be taking part in this together. 


Whether your goal is to be able to do a pushup, complete the full 4min 30seconds of hero, loose a few lbs, master a pushup, or feel a new lease of body confidence this challenge is for you.


I felt that we needed something to give us that extra motivation, and 28days seemed like a great start for Team Queen.


The Challenge begins now


- You must complete at least 4 of our team queen workouts per week.  This can be done in your own time, do not worry if you cant make the morning live sessions, we have Queens all over the world, from Canada, - Miami, Kuwait, Hong Kong and down under in Australia.


- Take some time to share your experience with all your new online team queen friends in the forum.   This is an ever growing community I think 99.9% women, and I am so very proud of all of us.  


-Set your goals:  I want you to pick one large goal that you can hit in 28days, then sent some small goals each week to get you there.  Example, during lock down, I wasn’t so good to my gut.  So for the next 28days im gonna focus on improving my gut health, cutting down on sodas, extra hydration, good gut = excellent mood.


- Your body your goals:  What ever your goal is, ive got you, we have a huge range of workouts for you to complete, strength training, legs day, cardio, hiit.  You can up your weights, add some bands, what ever it is, we can achieve it.


-Transformation:  If you would like (its not necessary) but Take a before pic  with a page - “Team Queen Challenge, Date, Your name” on it then images of front side back (keep for yourself or share before / after with me if you feel comfortable) This is a great way to see body changing progress if this is your goal. You can do this and keep totally anonymous if you wish just cut out your head and let us know.  We are all here to support each other on our journey. 


-I will be picking the Queen of the month, after we have all completed the 28 days. USA being the end and will announce the winner of Queen of the Month on our Forum & instagram.
