50g or 1/2 AVOCADO
2 BOILED or Poached EGGS (Vegan option TOFU)
Sliced Toast. (I love pikelets)
Chilli Flakes
50g baby plum tomatoes
Directions:
- Pop GF Bread in Toaster
- Mash up avocado & 1 egg and 1 egg white
- Top toast chunky eggocado mash
- Add sliced tomatoes
- Sprinkle with Chilli Flakes and a squeeze of lime
