INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of Turkey Bacon
50g Halloumi or 2 eggs
½ avocado
Handful of Rocket
Spring onion
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre heat a pan with a spritz of oil.
- Pop turkey bacon on the pan & cool until browned (6-8 mins)
- Crack egg into preheated pan & cook for around 3 mins or
- Cut halloumi into 1cm think slices and fry in for 2 mins
- Add a little rocket to your plate along with a few slices of spring onion
- Once cooked serve.
