Protein Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of Turkey Bacon

50g Halloumi or 2 eggs

½ avocado

Handful of Rocket

Spring onion

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre heat a pan with a spritz of oil.
  2. Pop turkey bacon on the pan & cool until browned (6-8 mins)
  3. Crack egg into preheated pan & cook for around 3 mins or
  4. Cut halloumi into 1cm think slices and fry in for 2 mins
  5. Add a little rocket to your plate along with a few slices of spring onion
  6. Once cooked serve.
