Hello ladies!!!!! So, as I promised, I'm back with my 2 week progress in the 28 days challenge! I only did 4 workouts a week, one of them being the sweaty seven. I really enjoyed myself these past 2 weeks, felt better, slept better, had more energy during the day. I lost 1kg but that is not as important as my state of mind, the way my body feels. I feel like I have more strength especially for my core and arms!!!!

@Audrey Browne it really does!!! And it's not even feeling like hard work! It's fun and entertaining and energetic!!! Never felt better about my body in my entire life and the changes are not that big yet!!! But I'm getting there!!! And YES #queensdontquit 💪💪💪

@Oana Sfintescu I completely agree with u so much fun. And the great thing is that we r stilling burning calories even after the workout is done even up 72 hrs. All changes big or small are a great thing. Like u I've never felt so happy about myself, it took a while but so well worth the journey. All done achieved with Queen team support. ❤️ Best group EVER!!!!
