So I just recently found out I'm pregnant! Woo! And I have been off the venga bus for awhile due to school and life and moving across the country. I am about 8 weeks so not showing but feeling the morning sickness. It is unreal the nausea.
But I guess for those who are pregnant or were pregnant, how did you handle the workouts? I know certain moves are not good the further I go along in the pregnancy so how did you get around that? I am planning to workout as much as my body can tolerate. Started the fit in 5 a week late but still going to participate!
