So I just recently found out I'm pregnant! Woo! And I have been off the venga bus for awhile due to school and life and moving across the country. I am about 8 weeks so not showing but feeling the morning sickness. It is unreal the nausea.
But I guess for those who are pregnant or were pregnant, how did you handle the workouts? I know certain moves are not good the further I go along in the pregnancy so how did you get around that? I am planning to workout as much as my body can tolerate. Started the fit in 5 a week late but still going to participate!
I did the workouts when pregnant until my back wouldn't let me anymore😂 so doable but I just followed the beginners option when bump was getting bigger! That's what worked for me anyway I know everyone is different and different fitness levels etc! Best of luck enjoy this special time👶👑
@Emer Quigley thank you for your response!! I have been with QDQ since 2020 but off and on. I'm the inconsistency queen haha. So for now I'm doing what I can for each workout. Sometimes I can do advanced and other times I'm a beginner haha. I've read/heard most exercises are ok to do while pregnant just nervous I guess haha. It's my first baby!!!
