Today I had a chiropractic appointment. I have been going quite often recently due to a flare up of an old injury. However, today when leaving the chiropractor said to me "Keep doing what you have been doing over the last few weeks, I'm noticing a great improvement."
I have been feeling so much better over the last week or so and the only thing I have changed is adding sweaty 7 workouts and being more consistent with my workouts, thanks to the 28 day challenge! Feeling so motivated to keep going. Couldn't do it without this wonderful community of Queens 👑
@Ashleigh John oh what wonderful news. I am so thrilled. Yes the weight sessions are really important and I know they may not seem as fun and upbeat as the team queen morning sessions but I highly reccomend them. Short Sweet yet Spicy
