Wooohhooooo now that was something 😳😳😳 hardest workout for me I think. Also...I haven't trained for a few days because I was really feeling like crap...even today, I wasn't going to but told myself I have to push it and work for me and my goals so here I am at 9pm finishing an absolute killer!!!!
Keep going queens, even when you don't feel like doing it, remind yourself that self work is the best thing you can do when life hits you!!!!
@Oana Sfintescu well done for doing it, I had a really off day so leaving that 1 for Thursday. Looks like it was a toughy!!! Hope ur feeling better x
What was that Titanium song 😳 I nearly died then followed by the floor workout...I was dripping all over the place.
@Pam Curry exactly!!!! There was so much sweat on my mat I was slipping 🤣🤣🤣 titanium was a killer!!!!! But loved every second of it!!!!
@Carmel Mulvany it was absolutely a killer for me 🤣🤣🤣 really felt better after doing it! It's been the first thing I did for myself in about 4-5 days so really enjoyed that feeling!!!!
@Oana Sfintescu Good on you for doing the workout so late at night, especially if you were not feeling great to begin with! At that point I'm so unmotivated and just want to sit on the sofa. Definitely was a sweaty workout!
@Amy Johnston that is exactly my mood also!!! And the more I lay down on the sofa the worst it gets!!! We have to push ourselves to stand up for our goals!!! I always check the forum for motivation when I'm not feeling like moving my ass from the couch! We got this queen!!!
@Oana Sfintescu Yeah exactly! You feel so lazy as soon as you're on the couch for too long. I've been WFH so have made sure I get up and workout in the morning, once our offices are open again though it's gonna be a struggle for motivation as I'll need to start working out in the evening too. Will definitely go on the forum for motivation beforehand though. It is so nice to see other people's sweaty selfies after doing the same workouts.
