And about the sugar, I really think we should motivate ourselves queens because I don't know what happened theese last 2 weeks but I've been eating lots of candy, chocolate, chips you name it...🙄🙄🙄 And because of that, of course no good sleep, bloated all the time...horrible...

@Michelle Robertson yasss queen!!! Those evening/night treats I feel they are responsible for a lot of my sleeping problems. But habits will change! Can't wait to see the changes in our body, sleep, mood you name it, with this challenge!!!
I'm even gonna "punish" myself with 20 abs every time I feel like eating sweets!!! Maybe it will motivate me! I'll let you queens know how that goes! Gonna make a jurnal of that! 💪💪💪
Wow Wednesday was fire. Not sure about the new routines tbh in that workout. I have nerve damage and really struggle with squats and lunges. Would also miss the non-weight hiit if that was to change as I love getting a couple of good cardio burns every week.
