Hi Queens 💕 I have only been on to do a workout once in 3 weeks🙈 two weekends on staycation (in ireland☘️) and settling into a new routine being back in college. I'm getting stuck in tomorrow and joining the workout but I'm worried I'll be so unfit and missed loads of new routines etc
@Sarah Linehan honestly don't be worrying, you will be fine. I know it is daunting when you may have missed a few weeks but when you hear Shania in the warm up you will be ready to go 💪

@Sarah Linehan Samantha is totally right it'll only take one or 2 workouts to get back into the swing don't worry 😊 i had almost a weeks break there and felt the aame but this is day 2 back and feeling like im right back into it so I'm sure you'll be the same - just listen to your body and don't push it too hard too fast since you've been off, i found for the first round of the more difficult moves i was doing the 'easier' alternative just to get my body used to the moves again!x

@Sarah Linehan welcome back, omg dont be worried, be proud that your taking a positive step to getting back into it. We havnt even really added new routines, I think titanium and then today I added a new one after heaven called take me to the clouds. You could always have a look or try the old routines in the library to catch up a bit, or start fresh. Remember march it out aslong as you keep moving and having fun thats whats important
