I know these photos aren't directly comparable because of different lighting & angles. But I just finished the Crunch & Burn workout & thought my upper body was popping! I know my weight hasn't changed much, but I'm definitely feeling more toned & stronger.
I have been doing only Team Queen workouts since May, with some sporadic walks/runs as I'm currently participating in STEPtember.
Thanks so much Maeve for providing me with such fun (& challenging!) workouts, I'm loving every second of it 😄
