I can't figure out what is happening as mine load up no problem & I use tablet. I'll try to see if I can come up with anything else.

I just did this loved it! Never done Pilates before! I did struggle with the breathing I.e when you inhale and exhale but maybe as the weeks go on that’ll get easier. I always seemed to be doing the opposite breath 😂

Yes the breathing method is key in pilates as it helps deepen movements & also progression so make sure to listen when she tells u inhale & exhale as we all get it wrong, like u said doing the opposite 😅but as time goes on it'll come naturally to u.
