Did Tuesday's HIIT session this morning even though my legs felt like lead after yesterday's Perky peach! To be honest with placement I didn't have a chance to was my hair all week so decided to wash it last night all set for the bank holiday weekend, realised this morning there was absolutely no point in washing it last night at all 😂😂 that HIIT was soo spicy 🥵🌶🌶 so looking foreward to Monday morning when I can finally do a live again 🎉🎉🎉 enjoy your weekend ladies!
