@Katy Evans Not sure what kind of gym mat you have, I have a FIIT one and after most workouts (sometimes I forget 😂) I spray it down with Detol AllinOne disinfectant spray I think it's called? I think it's so good t use on everything in the house and it doesn't need to be wiped down after or anything. For a deep clean I actually use a steamer, we have one in our house we use to clean the floors anyways so it's easy enough to run it over, not sure if this is the best way to clean the mat but I've been doing it for months and it hasnt fallen apart yet 😂 I've heard that the Dr.Beckmann carpet cleaner is also meant to be good for cleaning them! @Katy Evans hiya like @Niamh Byrne I spray mine down everyday with a disenfectant spray when it's dry I then hoover. At weekend I clean it with warm soapy water & cloth, I then use a dry cloth to wipe it down again & hoover when dry. As Niamh said it depends on what type of mat 8 have. I also have a fiit one. @Katy Evans hi lovely, I put mine in the shower or bath lol. I usually use a carpet cleaner on mine, but it will depend on your mat and give it a good scrub and then hose it down in the shower with hot water and let it drip dry. They actually dry surprisingly quick..
