Let me paint the picture.
Monday, Day 1 of period , Heavy Flow, cramps not really feeling the vibes of a workout.
I get home and i power through 💪 throw on my super reps 👟and get stuck into lean legs 2.0
A 415 calorie burn later and I managed to to the Russian twist with both feet of the ground for THE FIRST TIME👏 and absolutely smashed the one arm plank, I mean....I didn't even know I had it in me.
Mondays lesson....NEVER..EVER....REGRET A WORKOUT👑💪
