I usually do my workourts in my socks or bare feet. All my runners are 'outdoor shoes', and I don't like wearing them in the house. Is it ok for my feet not to be wearing a runner or should I have something on for support?

I just did my first work out in my socks. I am the same as you all my shoes are running shoes and I use out door. I think I might have to invest in the hit shoes.
@Clare Kilty I'd recommend getting a pair of indoor trainers as it will prevent injury in future. I used to workout in my socks or bare feet to try and reduce the noise for my neighbours but it's really easy to slip or go over your ankles, especially on days like combat where its higher impact. Also when you have a bit of cushion in the soles you feel so much better doing th exercises.
I would definitely recommend wearing trainers to prevent any injuries, particular for the HIIT element of Maeve's classes! Depending on the floor you're working on it can bring extra challenges and a risk of injury/harm to yourself and your body as the high impact going directly into your feet can cause damage to bones, nerves, tissues etc through your body.
I ordered a pair of the Super Rep trainers that Maeve recommended and they are the best that I have for high intensity! I suffered from bad shin splints before but they've solved the problem. I appreciate that they can be expensive however they are in the Nike sale currently and they are worth the investment!! ☺️
@Beth Haughian Hi Beth, I've been online looking for the shoes. I take it they have a new pair out as I can't find the ones that maeve has on her link. It's says no longer available.
@Arline Maconaghie ah yes I've just seen that! I have the original ones. I did hear Maeve reading a comment saying the the Super Rep Go are also good! I don't have a pair of these (I have a pair in my basket though lol) but I do know people who have who love them. I think they're a bit lighter compared to the originals but they still help with high impact.
@Beth Haughian can you put up a photo or a link to the original ones please.
@Arline Maconaghie
These are the original Super Reps! As you said they aren't on the Nike website anymore so they are pricier...
The link below is for the Super Rep Go which came out at the same time. The descriptions are similar but these are on sale so they're cheaper!

This is all so helpful, thanks! I'll go for a potter on the Nike webshop now and play 'fill my basket'. Great idea to have a indoor specific pair of trainers. I wan't to avoid causing myself any injury or potential future related issues!
