So I was hoping to get some advice on which of Maeve's workouts will help aid weight loss. I don't normally worry about the scales but for medical reasons I have to hit a certain weight. I have started back running today - just short distances 2k/3k/5k and also doing Maeve's challenge. I'm pretty good with food so it's just knowing which workouts are gona help. Thanks Xx
Hey! At the end of this mornings workout Maeve said she is going to do a blog post on that topic. Setting out what specific workouts are best for different goals - weightloss, strength etc. Keep an eye on the blog section.
Great cant wait!! There are so many classes available it would be great to know what 3classes per week she recommeds depending on your goal! 😃
