I just wanted to jump on and say hi this is my first forum post 😍 I followed meave over the first lockdown as my gym closed permenently due to covid. I absolutely love her workouts they are so enjoyable and I love the music too! Who doesn't love a bit of Shania twain in the morning 🎶😁
I saw the spring challenge and I said I would sign up once and for all and do my best to get my fitness and routine back pre covid. I'd suffer alot with self Confidence and anxiety like most of us I'm sure! It holds me back alot from social things mostly as my negative thoughts get the better of me and covid did not help at all! Hermit mode 😂 I find working out is better than any therapy for me personally. Those endorphins are just amazing! It wont be easy but I can't wait to get back into a good routine, feel stronger and better mentally. I defo aim to drink alot more water especially after Christmas!
My legs are on fire after this mornings class please tell me I'm not the only one who is struggling to walk the stairs 😭🤣I'm super excited to be part of such a lovely community of motivating ladies and I wish ye all the best on your journeys
