Hey Queens,
First off, I am so glad to be back! I started the workouts at the start of the first lockdown and got into the routine of doing them daily with my mum, managed to lose about 1/2 stone. Since July, I started a new job and it all went out the window. Exercise and healthy eating all gone.
I saw the challenge on Instagram and was like I should do and actually forced myself to start up again, 3 workouts in and it was the best decision! Here's to losing the fluffy belly 💪🏻
