@Katy Evans that's correct queen, you should be working on the standing leg when doing kicks as that's the leg holding all the weight! I hope that makes sense 😁

@Katy Evans I was in the same boat as you. Definitely the leg you are standing on since it is holding your entire weight your glutes get the chance to fire up.
