I've had the same issue!
Wasn't sure if it was my shoes so I just got the Nike Superreps and am hoping that helps.
I also learned I was doing the squats wrong as I was feeling it in my legs and that puts a lot of pressure on your knees. I learned you have to focus on hinging at your hips and driving your seat backwards. So in other words focus on shifting your hips back and down.
Good luck!
@Brittany Yeaton thanks Brittany I'm tempted to get the super reps! I think I'm doing these squats right but will defo try to focus on my technique more hopefully it helps x
I've been finding my knees are sore the past few days too. @Brittany Yeaton thanks so much for your suggestion about the squat position! I'll definitely check myself when I'm doing them and see if that helps 😘 x
@Hannah Reel @Brittany Yeaton @Lucy Mulvaney yes girls the squats can cause a lot of knee pain if done incorrectly. The golden rule about squats is that u should always be able to see ur toes. Sometimes we squat & our knees block our toe view. So when ure squating down stick ur butt out as if u're going to sit down on a seat, keep ure tummy tight. From here u should be able to see ur toes then u know uve got it. Push up through ur heals squeezing ur butt cheeks at the top. I suggest to try it how u wld normally to do & then try practice with a seat to see if u can a difference. Hope that helps Queens 👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️
@Audrey Browne Thanks so much for your fab advice Audrey! I will definitely keep all this in mind for tomorrow's workout ❤️❤️
