  • Hi Queens,

    2 weeks now of exercising and eating better for me! Just been to Morrison's to get some Saturday night treats and I must say these are really nice as an alternative to crisps (my downfall haha)!

    Bought some avocado hummus too instead of my usual sour cream/salsa! All about the little changes!.. 

    What snacks do you queens love?

    ps I'm just about to have myself a glass of wine. I started my new job this week (not worked in 9 months due to the pandemic) so think a glass (or a few) is in order 🍷 😁 ... I mean it is one of your 5 a day after all 🍇🤫

    I love anything savoury so any crisps, nuts,pringles etc even those bloody aldi savoury snacks/pretzels

    I've swapped few bits so I love pop chips and have a drawer of treats like skinny whips, dairy milk little bars etc I did the dog on it all over Xmas so I've put the drink away for week or two but will still have my treats every night 🤣


  • @Vicky Baker I'm the same, love savoury food!! Seen maeve had a homemade burger on her insta story before so I'll be trying that next weekend! I'm gonna try the pop chips. Omg if you love aldi snacks try the aldi crackers the gourmet sea salt ones, they are literally heaven!!! 👑🤩✨


  • Love velvet crunch but must try those they look lovely!! Have also only discovered bsecco ?! Like a super sweet white wine/prosseco low alcohol low cals so that's been a great treat and is not disrupting the next day for me 🤣👌 Congrats on the new job enjoy the celebration 🤩


  • @Kelly McGarr congratulations on your new job how exciting..How was your first week??? omg I love those crisps and the lentil chips and the cheese straws.. sooooo good, we actually bought the cheese straws today and salt n vinegar pop chips also my fav... Havnt tried this avocado hummus, but I did have some prosecco and a bag of mini eggs.. Lol I think im hormonal because I usually dont like sweets or chocolate if im drinking alcohol.. Mini eggs are back in the shops woop


  • @Kelly McGarr omg the wrapping the burger in tinfoil then pop in the oven for about 3  mins and it all melts together, it is devine I love our burgers on the weekend, we always make homemade burgers.  Usually dont buy chips but tonight himself fancied some take away chips so had those too and it was deliciousness, i mean, its those small treats in lock down that really make my day now I was buzzing

  • @Maeve Madden my first week was good thank you for asking! ✨ I work for a company that makes gluten & dairy free products & starting there has come at the best time as I've been reading your beat your bloat book whooo, trying to change my lifestyle for the better so going to work is just extra learning. Omg love mini eggs. I will definitely try the homemade burger next weekend 🤩 yes 100% the treats in lockdown keep me going & doing your workouts have been helping me so much mentally (endorphins woop). That's why I just love this page cos it's not restrictive, you motivate us in the classes to work hard.. so we don't feel guilty for a cheeky reward at the weekend. It is so sustainable and a lifestyle rather than a diet/plan. Loving the new me, totally helped my low mood from the pandemic 💕👑

    i have recently tried lentil and tea salt as well as basil and tomato as alternative to crisps and they are really good!@Kelly McGarr Aldi has these crisps and OMG the salt crackers and they are deadly! 🥰

    weekends we do homemade pizzas with the thin stone baked crust 🥰 fresh mozzarella, onions and chorizo! Nothing beats it!
