Have to agree ladies, sweaty 7s is my favourite! Really feeling stronger from this week so it's great motivation. Used heavier weights tonight and really felt the burn but I managed it 👍🏼 The endorphins are definitely up after these first couple of weeks - delighted 💪🏼💃🏽☺️ Keep up the great chat queens, love reading all your motivational comments 😘
@Emma Conquer Well done on the heavier weights- I mostly managed heavier today too whoop whoop!! Nothing beats when you can physically feel that you are getting stronger and/or fitter! We are smashing it haha!
@Carmel Mulvany 3 workouts, ahhhmmaaazzziinngg! I actually haven't done barre yet at all, mainly cos I know I'd probably love it and I already have FOMO on missing any of the workouts!
