Week 3 🙄


  • Started off great, knee issue came back but powered through it and now down with sinus infection (hope that's all it is) raging missing classes and feeling marshmallow body agin 🥺 anyway I'll be back 
    peachy workout looks fab!! Enjoy queens 👸🏼

    When you are not well it's important to rest. I hope you are feeling better soon. 


  • @Dee Synnott  So sorry to hear that! It is so hard, in the last year I've had 2 injuries, a chest infection etc etc and it is so hard to take the down time, but it is so important for your recovery to rest up as much as possible. Sinus is so hard too has if you try to exercise you feel it down your cheekbone so much. Don't worry queen- QDQ will always be here for you, it's not like a program you NEED to get done now, it's a lifestyle change. Take care of yourself, be kind to yourself and take the downtime, and when you are back to your full health you will be flying it again soon! 


  • @Dee Synnott oh my goodness rest queen!!! Sinus infections r the worst and if ur knee not good you dont want to make it worse!!! Once your better and feeling strong again, you can just hop back on, we will still be here queen xxx


  • @Dee Synnott aw no Dee 😭 I know exactly how you feel, I started the Christmas challenge and just under half way through my knee decided no no can't do any workouts! It's still sore sometimes and I have to take it easy but it honestly does bring you down so much. 
    I always tried to keep a positive mindset when I was out of doing the workouts, I've been a part of team queen since April so I just kept thinking to myself you know what this will past and I've done it once so I'll do it again! ❤️
    Try mind yourself queen and a little rest might be just what your body needs to fully recover! It can be so tempting to come back before we're fully ready but when you feel ready you'll come back stronger than ever and we'll be right here with you queen 👑❤️ I really hope you're minding your body & your mind, it can be so tough these days without injury's and being sick! You'll be back Dee, take care of yourself honey 💛💛

  • @Dee Synnott Awh Dee thats a pure balls - defo take your rest and even join in for chats at the end for some company and laughs and you will be raring to go next week xx 

    I hate sinusitus - i get it regularly but touch wood so far i've escaped mainly this year especially since working from home I dont have to deal with air con in office.

  • @Dee Synnott aww bless you! I know it's frusting that when you feel like you are getting into a routine and then being ill/injured messes it.

    I hope you feel better soon, I suffer with my sinuses and I have found a face roller helps ease that pressure feeling. I use a rose quartz one and a plastic one with sticky out bits. I think Maeve useda jade roller the other day on her Instagram and I was like "oh if the queen uses it, then it is good enough for me" haha 

    Please rest up that knee. Us queens will be waiting for you when you are ready to smash the work outs!

  • Ah @Dee Synnott that's rotten luck.. Just remember to give your body a good break just as the other Queens were saying and know that it's the best thing you can do to take care of yourself! Team Queen will always be here for you! Rest up and take care Queenie xx

  • Thanks queens feeling much better and covid test was negative. Might get back mid week. Miss you Queens 👸🏼
