I had so little motivation all last week and made myself do all our legs after work today.. honestly feel amazing after it and found my motivation is back again 🙈 all set for combat queens tomorrow 😍
Yeah the legs workouts are brilliant. The squats and up down on the toes is always a burner.
I love doing all out legs on a saturday! Just did the one from Monday and I loved (and sweated) 🤣 every minute of it. As well as feeling fitter and stronger, these workouts give me such a boost and put me in such a happy mood.
