I take it at night maybe half an hour before bedtime, and I'm definitely seeing an improvement in my sleep. I would be quiet restless and toss and turn a lot but not as much at all anymore. For me a key issue I determined was I was a bit lax with it at the weekend, and then it might take until Tues/Wed for it it start working again, so I've taken it consistently every night for the last 2 weeks not missing a night and it really is making a difference
@Sharon Scully will def try taking it at night. Now with doing the workouts I am more tired this few days so I'd say both will make me sleep!!
